An executive search has many moving parts: roles, recruiters, board contacts, offers and equity terms. Principal Seat puts the whole search in one place, on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, so nothing slips.

It starts with your own position. It follows you through the search, the offer and the first year and a half in the new seat. Your data syncs through your own iCloud account. It stays there and is not collected by us.

What it does

Know your standing. A standing profile of your current role, pay, equity and what was promised at signing is the anchor. Add a wish list of what you want to improve. No CV upload needed.
The full lifecycle. Steady state, search, evaluation and close. Then check-ins at 30, 60 and 90 days, one year and 18 months, to see whether reality matches what you expected.
A pipeline you can steer. Pursuits to approach, active opportunities, and closed or stale ones you can reopen with new numbers.
An offer checklist that shows the gaps. Severance, tail coverage, change of control terms and more. Mark each item as unknown or not negotiated, and see what that exposes you to.
Promote ladder modeling. Set your hurdles, change the exit multiple or the hold length, and watch the equity value move. Enter your real terms and see your own numbers.
Side by side comparison. Put two or more opportunities next to each other and see the tensions, such as stronger cash against weaker equity.
AI assisted analysis. Ready-made research and comparison prompts for the AI chatbot you already use, or for a human advisor. Paste the reply back and the fields fill in.
Standard and Advanced. Standard covers the core flow. Advanced is opt in and holds the deeper analysis.
Private by design. Compensation data stays in your private iCloud, with an optional Face ID or passcode lock.
